Description
Form literally meets function with the Tizio Desk Lamp (1972), built with two counterweights that allow the user to direct the light where needed. It adjusts with a pull or push of the hand and stays in place without having to tighten a knob, with electrical components that run through the arms, furthering the clean look by eliminating the need for extraneous wires. Includes a small reflector that works with the light bulb to provide highly concentrated light. The Compasso d’Oro award winner in 1979, Tizio is included in MoMA’s permanent collection. Bulb (included): LED or halogen, 50W max. LED version has a green power button, and halogen versions have a red power switch. UL Listed. Made in Italy.
